Yes, he's gonna try. And the proposal is completely insane.

It would also apply to National Parks on and near the border, like North Cascades and Glacier. Both of which have large areas which are designated wilderness.

In practice in the current shituation they could never pass this bill. Although I see no reason the administration couldn't just ignore the law and go create facts on the ground.
