If they don't eliminate vaccination programs, such as TB and other childhood diseases in other parts of the world, then we won't see an increase in these diseases. Same with food, we won't see starvation.
But chances are this admin. does not give a whit and cannot think about the furture as far as diseases go globally or starvation.
