The J6 committee has issued a 10 page subpoena to Trump. They set out a Nov 4 deadline for requested docs and Nov 14 for testimony. Interesting that the docs include those that were encrypted via Signal.

Fed'l Judge Clark has just required Trump attorney John Eastman to release emails.

A federal judge on Wednesday ordered the release of emails from John Eastman, a former Donald Trump attorney, to House investigators, saying the communications were made in furtherance of a crime related to Trump’s efforts to subvert the 2020 election.

“The emails show that President Trump knew that the specific numbers of voter fraud were wrong but continued to tout those numbers, both in court and to the public,” Judge David O. Carter wrote.

“The Court finds that these emails are sufficiently related to and in furtherance of a conspiracy to defraud the United States,” he added.

I'm still blown away that there were new revelations, and perhaps one of the most startling pieces of new information was testimony that Trump recognized he had lost days after the election and that his first choice was to toss a grenade into the pile of foreign issues by telling the military leaders to leave Afghanistan and Somalia, get out of Germany and more...his acts of vindictiveness against Biden were already in play.

I really didn't think they'd have that much of new information to share. Boy was I wrong!
At the end of the hearing they will have a vote on whether to issue a subpoena for Trump or not.
