Anyone pushing crypto is either a grifter or a mark. If you don't know which one you are it is safe to assume you are the latter. In some cases you might be both.

Y'know, if you added "cryptocurrency" or "blockchain" to that filing it would be perfect. A perfect scam.

I can't imagine the SEC managing to find an excuse to grant his application. His history is a walking billboard for NO.
But, it is nice to see the compilation of all his failures in one place, especially since it's written by his own lawyers, and even they don't know if it's a complete list.

The disclosures in the SEC filing for Trump's new social media platform are mind boggling. They include past and present litigation, business failures and more, all in the words of Trump's own attorneys who explicitly say they may have missed a few!
