Figures that WA would be the state to limit / prohibit a constitutional right guaranteed by the First Amendment. Freedom of Speech. Another over reach by an unnecessary government agency.

Justin Porter of FOTP gave me a heads up that because we are putting up signs and distributing flyers, we needed to file with the WA Public Disclosure Commission. We (I) could of faced fines if I didn't. That was very nice of him and I thanked him. He is a nice guy and has a good heart for folks of the Valley... I am thinking that he was unaware of all the negatives of a Metropolitan Park District. :D

We are now legal!!! I have registered and set up the expense/contribution accounting software.

Expenditures are currently $2132 and contributions $918 (updated 9/28)

Our name is the Against Proposition 1 committee. lol
