it was a rhetorical question jingles. Of course Wa. State will not help the poor buy electric vehicles,yet the poor will be hit the hardest as more essential resources like energy become unaffordable to them.
Resources are being allocated to the highest bidder. That includes energy, housing, good quality food, etc.
The poor are then placed on handout programs where their self-esteem and dignity is compromised. As monetary resources dwindle they are are forced to buy low quality food, which of course leads to health issues and lower life expectancy.
Meanwhile, the wealthy are given tax breaks in order to purchase electric vehicles and the taxpayers pay the bill to create the electric vehicle infrastructure.
